Question 1

How do I track my package?

Accepted Answer

Enter your tracking number (starting with DSZ) in the search box at the top of this page. You can track multiple numbers at once by separating them with commas or spaces.

Question 2

What does “On Hold” mean?

Accepted Answer

On Hold usually means the package is waiting for customs clearance, additional documentation, or a delivery arrangement. The reason is shown in the tracking details when available.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Express shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days internationally. Standard service may take longer depending on origin, destination, and customs processing.

Question 4

Can I change the delivery address?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible with your tracking number. Address changes are only possible before the package is out for delivery and may incur extra fees.

Question 5

What if my tracking number is not found?

Accepted Answer

Double-check the number for typos. New shipments can take a few hours to appear in the system. If it still doesn’t show, contact us with your receipt details.

Question 6

Do you send email updates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When enabled, both sender and receiver can receive email notifications on major status changes, including holds and delivery.
